Thyme

A dependable perennial once it settles in.

Type: Perennial herb

Sun / water: Full sun / every other day or as needed

When I plant it: Late winter or fall. Thyme is a perennial once established.

What I’ve seen

Small white flowers if left to go to seed. Trim off the flowers to put energy back into the plant.

How I use it

Mild. Sauces, broth, and most meats.
