Hibiscus

Large, showy blooms, one round after another.

Type: Flowering plant

Sun / water: Full sun / water every other day until established

When I plant it: Late winter, early spring, early summer. Any later and it could struggle to get established before winter.

What I’ve seen

Blooms come in many colors. They are large and last a few days before the next round of flowers graces the plant.

How I use it

Pollinator plant. Bees like the showy blooms.

This profile shares what I have experienced growing this plant in my Central Florida garden. I am not a certified horticulturist, so results in your garden may differ.
