Zinnia

Save the dried seed heads and spread the color around.

Type: Self-seeding annual

Sun / water: Full sun / water as needed

When I plant it: They reseed themselves during the blooming season.

What I’ve seen

A large variety of colors and sizes. Pictured is an annual zinnia that reseeds itself. Once a bloom fades and dries out, the seed head can be collected and spread in other areas.

How I use it

Pollinator plant. Attracts bees and butterflies.
