Calamondin Orange

Tart and zesty, with staggered blooms for a long harvest.

Type: Citrus tree

Sun / water: Full sun / water as needed

When I plant it: Late winter, early spring, early summer.

What I’ve seen

White, small flowers. Citrus trees do not like soggy “feet,” so do not overwater, but do not let them dry out and curl their leaves.

How I use it

Calamondin has a tart, zesty flavor. This orange tree blessed me with several bloom times, so the harvest is staggered through late fall and early winter.
